Public Awareness Programme against Corruption inaugurated







Janata Party President Dr. Subramanian Swamy said Prime Minister ManMohan singh can not stop corruption in his government because he has no back-bone .

Dr Swamy was inaugurating Public Awareness Programme Against  Corruption launched by Bihar unit of janata Party on February 17 in patna.

The meeting of Bihar Pradesh Janata party was presided over by Dr Devendra Prasad Singh  . National general secretary Dr Arvind Chaturvedi was the chief guest  on the occasion.

The meeting was held at Premchand rangshala in Patna. In the jam packed hall  addressing party workers Dr Swamy  said that  time has come when every citizen of this country should revolt against corrupt practices or else  future generations will not forgive us.
He said India is  very rich in  resources -be it natural resources or human resources. Indians are capable of hard work, they are honest and dedicated ,but few corrupt elements in the society are spoiling the system .

Dr Swamy said that Bihar is politically very cautious state and what Bihar thinks today, India thinks later. He also remembered the contribution of Lokanayak Jai Prakash Narain, the founder of Janata Party.

JP general secretary Dr Arvind Chaturvedi ,in his fiery speech, said there is no point in speculating about the next  PM  but Dr Swamy is the ablest person to become the Prime Minister of India. He also took Nitish Kumar governemnt to task and cited  PCI special Committee report on paid news about Bihar .

Dr Devendra Prasad Singh, Bihar state president preseneted  the campaign plan in  districts of Bihar in the coming months. He announced a State Sammelan  in April 2013 and a rally of Janata Party workers in October ,in Patna.

Stae President described Dr Subramanian Swamy as the Chankaya of present-day politics. He said this role of Chanakya is not enough he has to be made Chandra Gupta.


Later addressing Press and TV mediamen Dr Swamy said, that in the  next election  BJP led NDA may get up to 300 seats if narendra Modi is projected as PM candidate. 


He said the Chopper deal the commission has gone to the corrupt politicians in Congress. He asked why the probe is not targeted at "The family' .

Dr swamy said that if the governm,ent is at all serious ,they should sent a letter rogatory and get all the details from Italy as the corrupt people there have alraedy been arrested.
Others who spoke on the occasion were Chandra Deo Sharma, Paras Rai, Anand Praksh Vidyarthi, Bhupendra Nath Singh, Satish Singh, Prof Arun Kumar, Prof Awadh kishore Singh, Rana Pratap, Shambhu Sharan, Ashok Kumar, Renu Upadhyay, Dr Bhupendra, Manoj Kumar, Murali Manohar Singh among others.

The sammelan was represented by workers& office bearers from Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Bhojpur, Arah, Aurangabad, Nawada, Munger, Vaishali, Samastipur, Begusarai units of janata party.
